Anyone experience with this device? What is the opionion, I'm specially
interested to know whether there are sync problems between audio &
video.

They've got a lot of users, including me. Several bits of user feedback 
have been archived at <http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/>. I've found it to be 
a very simple and useful tool for both time-shifting and archiving 
television content. I've seen no synchronization issues.
