Hotsync Issue - Palm and Mac

  • Follow

My daughter installed the Palm Desktop software for her new Palm
Zire72 on her Mac Powerbook (after first getting the latest drivers
from Apple). All works well, except at the end of each HotSync,
she gets this error message:

 Program error occurred...(-192)

All of the data is fully synched, so the program appears to be
working okay. Any idea if this error message means anything?

Thanks!

By the way, she reverts to the OS9 classic version when synching, as
Palm doesn't support her OSX v10.1.4 (has to be v.2 or v.3)

Isn't there a log file you can check?

Kent,

You're right. I'll have her do that.
