Today, 3/18/2011, www.giveawayoftheday.com is giving away Aiseesoft 
iPhone to Computer Transfer Ultimate.  It seems to be sort of equivalent 
to senuti except that it runs in Windows. It transfers files from your 
iPhone, iPod, iPad to your windows computer.  It must be downloaded and 
installed by midnight tonight.  I'm testing it now with my Touch and it 
seems to work.
