Alternatives to Driver Savers - recommendations please
I have a 30g Seagate ATA2 drive which has failed -
The user failed to inform me that the backup client (retrospect) had
warned him that the machine had not been backed up.......
I called Drive Savers - their price quote was:
$500 - $2700
So - I m looking for any reputable alternatives
Thanks!

Ok, to make it more useful, charge the user the full cost of data
recovery. That ought to reinforce the lesson...
