Hello Sinclair fans,

I give away ZX81, ZX Spectrum, ZX QL and Cambridge Z88 hardware and
software, but you must come to Zurich or near Switzerland to get

Hi Rolf, sorry to bother, why aren't you shipping?
It is a matter of time or money?
I am extremely interested on replacing my "dead" QL and will, of course, pay
for shipping, at least.
Thank you.

Hey prot, I could be interested in your dead QL if you want to get rid
of it! I like faffing around with the old stuff and have not tried
fixing a QL before!

thank you for the offer, but I prefer to keep it and repair, whenever
possible.

Helllo Prot,

Well, as I've never shipped anything abroad, I have not the slightest
idea about that, but I will consult someone with that experience.

BTW, on my todo list is a listing of all items to give away.

Meanwhile, all persons being interested in any item of those computers
are invited to give an answer or email (without Petomante, and the one
with email).

Looking for that *special* present for a loved one? Imagine their surprise when they tear open the wrapping paper and find a complete Du Pont Eurosprint Cromalin system! Not only do you get an SRA3 laminator and Studio Press - but there's more. You also get a glow-in-the-dark Studio Frame. Seriously though... It's in good working order - but taking up too much space. It's rather simple to to rebuild the RF-output to a video out and then one can continue to use the ZX computers with modern displays. E.g. I have a DVD-player with built in 7" display with video in. Sinclair on BBC4
Sir Clive jumping over some computers (or something), the ZX80, 81 and Spectrum and some interviews make it into BBC4's Time Shift: Hard Drive Heaven (The History Of Home Computers). For once, Sinclair gets the air-time he deserves as a rather more accurate picture of the history of computers (in the home) is broadcast at long last. No more is the Spectrum cast aside while boring people discuss which version of Windows is the best. The only computer which compares on air-time is, unsurprisingly, the BBC Micro. Unfortunately the Amiga doesn't even get a passing mention (although you do get to see one briefly, and the blue and orange tones of Workbench 1.3 are clearly visible in the background in one scene), which is IMHO a bit of an oversight especially considering the BBC (erm, Micro) wasn't anywhere near as popular in the home, but I digress. Even the Darling Brothers are in on the act. If you are "digital enabled" and see this message in time, tune into BBC4 for the repeat at 1am.
