if time = 3 seconds, how do i set the values of the time steps 0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,3.0,5.0 to -9999 from time =3 seconds
Hi I have 18 inputs (arrays) which contain certain statistics and if time = 3 seconds, set the values of time step 5.0 to -9999.0. I was wondering if there is an efficient way to do this without using a lot of case statements? Thank you. Hello AdrianT, it's not really clear to me what you want to do... I suspect: you have an array containing values and you want to output them with a fixed timing of 3 seconds: you should use a for loop autoindexing trough your array and sending the value to your indicator/output/whatever. Put a "wait for next multiple" into your for loop. Or do you want to have a minimum time delay of 3 seconds? Again use a for loop, get the time value and use a InRange&Coerce with minimum set to 3 seconds... Or you should explain more precisely what you need... Hi Thanks for that. Let me explain. The time may vary. Let me give an example. if time = 2.1, I want to set the time step's 3.0 and 5.0's values to -9999.0. if the time =0.1 seconds then I want to set 0.2,0.3, 0.5 etc values to -9999.0 etc .................................................................... Can you please help? Thank you. Hello TUDS, do you use different accounts/nicknames ? Well, that's easy, at least for a sorted array: Search for your time-value in the array (Threshold 1D array). Fill all elements from that index till the end with your "error...

multiplication (by 0.1, 0.5, 0.7, 1.3 ...) in fixed point arithmetic
Hello, I have to port following 2 code lines from floating to fixed point: ytotmax = MAX( yampl[c1], ytotmax ); yampl[c1] = MAX( G * ytotmax, yampl[c1] ); All variables are floatings, yampl is a buffer, ytotmax is a temp variable and G a weighting factor. For the further problem explanation, ul always stands for unsigned long. For scaling from floating point to fixed point, I do following: First, I looked at lots of our test files and searched for the biggest floating point value to scale underneath smaller 1. So, the biggest floating point value is 1042056.6 which I scale with 0x010...

Upgrading 5.0.5 to 5.0.6/5.0.7
Hi, I've inheirited 3 SCO Servers and need to upgrade one to 5.0.6 from 5.0.5. The other two are at 5.0.6 and I want them all in line. Some questions: 1. Does SCO charge for this upgrade? If so, how much? 2. How easy is the upgrade? 3. Should I go to 5.0.7 instead for all the machines? ANNOUNCE: pyparsing 1.5.7/2.0.0
With the release of version 2.0.0/1.5.7, pyparsing has now officially switc= hed to Python 3.x support as its default installation environment. Python 2= ..x users can install the latest 1.5.7 release. (If you're using easy_instal= l, do "easy_install pyparsing=3D=3D1.5.7".) I'm taking this opportunity to do some minor API tweaking too, renaming som= e operators and method names that I got wrong earlier (the old operators an= d methods are still there for now for compatibility, but they are deprecate= d to be removed in a future release): - Added new operator '<<=3D', which will eventually replace '<<' for=20 storing the contents of a Forward(). '<<=3D' does not have the same operator precedence problems that '<<' does. - 'operatorPrecedence' is being renamed 'infixNotation' as a better description of what this helper function creates. 'operatorPrecedence' is deprecated, and will be dropped entirely in a future release. Several bug-fixes are included, plus several new examples, *and* an awesome= example submitted by Luca DellOlio, for parsing ANTLR grammar definitions = and implementing them with pyparsing objects. --------------- Pyparsing wiki: pyparsing.wikispaces.com SVN checkout:=20 (latest) svn checkout https://pyparsing.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/pypar= sing/trunk pyparsing (1.5.x branch) svn checkout https://pyparsing.svn.sour...
