Gnostice PDFOne (for Java) v3.5.3 Released

Gnostice is pleased to release Version 3.5.3 of Gnostice
PDFOne (for Java), our PDF component suite for the Java
platform.
In this release, we have made several enhancements and fixes.
PDF viewer, printer and document component now provide more
control over rendering options. You also specify your own
custom substitute fonts for PDF fonts that are neither
embedded nor available in the fonts subsystem. If you use the
PDF printer component, then now you can choose between the
the native Print dialog or the or cross-platform Java dialog.

* Inability to parse PDFDocEncoding-encoded annotation
property strings
* Incorrect reading of content property of free-text
annotations in some documents
* Inability to draw single-page TIFF images on a PDF page
for some PDF documents
* PdfImage.create method throwing class cast exception if
an RenderedImage object is passed as the argument
* Inability to correctly retrieve/parse PDF objects
modified in incrementally updated document
* ArrayIndexOutOfBounds exception thrown when processing
internal array objects of actions of bookmark or link
annotation
* Incorrect rendering of PNG images encountered with JDK
versions 1.6 update 18 or later
* DPI metadata not included in TIFF files generated by
saveDocAsTiff and savePageAsImage methods of
PdfDocument class.
PDF Viewing and Printing
* Certain images with color-key masking (those with
Mask array set to [0 0]) not rendered properly
* Some rendering issues with Type3 fonts
* Printer ignores margins set by the user
* Issues with landscape printing when using custom page
size and autoRotateandCenter property is set to true
* Rotation Angle of the PdfViewer was not getting reset to
angle 0 while loading a new PDF document
* Incorrect masking of some inline images
* Issue with rendering of Type3 font text if font size is
greater than 1
* Issues with rendering shapes with dash patterns in some
documents
* Inability to load documents that has a cross reference
stream with a hybrid reference (both CrossRefTable and
CrossRefStream)
* 1-BitPerComponent Indexed DeviceRGB images not rendered
properly
* Exception raised when loading a document with a stream
in the page dictionary
* Issue with rendering Indexed images whose Indexed Colorspace
array is represented as a string
* NullPointerException raised by the constructor overload
PdfFormListBox(PdfRect r, String name, int fieldFlags)
* List box option added by the overload
PdfFormListBox.addItem(String item) not getting submitted
