I'm generating a PostScript file with the papersize defined as B5 - by which
I mean B5 *ISO*, i.e. 176x250mm. When I ask Adobe Acrobat 8 to convert it to
PDF it makes the page size B5 *JIS*, i.e. 182x257mm. I can't see anything in
the 'Convert to PDF' settings in Acrobat which controls this.

How do I get Acrobat to make an ISO B5 page from a PostScript file? TIA.
