Design PDF Forms with Auto Fill

Hi,

Any suggestions on how to make a form fill in some data automatically
when data is entered in one field?  
Example:  The form collects info on a small fleet of vehicles. How can
I get the fields Model, Make, GasDollars and GasGallons to "auto-fill"
when I enter LicNumber = "GFT 4000" (I already have the info in
dropdown lists.)
