Do you have a duplex printer?

The same way that you would print any other document on both sides of the
paper. You select duplex output in your printer driver properties.
Presumably you have a duplex printer?
If you don't have a duplex printer then Acrobat offers options to print just
the odd numbered pages or just the even numbered pages. So you print the
even pages, put the printed pages back into the paper tray and then print
the odd pages.
Depending on your printer you may need to reverse the order one or other set
of pages is printed (Acrobat gives this option) and/or turn the pages over
before putting them in the paper tray.

What these other worthy persons have said is true. More to the point,
a PDF cannot contain any printer-specific instructions. Since not all
printers can duplex - or staple, tape-bind, perforate, or any other
finishing instructions - the PDF cannot itself contain instructions to
do it. However, the program you use to print the PDF certainly can.
