In Acrobat Reader 9, under Edit > Preferences > Search, "Enable search
highlights from external highlight server" option is by default set to
false. How can I enable it automatically?

Scenario: I will be using an external highlighting server on my
website. Now, if this option is set to false by default, then the user
cannot see hit highlights within the document. Asking every user to go
inside Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Browser Plug-in is bit of a stretch,
since the visitors on my website aren't that tech savvy. I prefer the
following options:

a) Embedding a piece of javascript code in the documents that will
enable the above option the PDF the user is trying to view inside the
Acrobat Browser Plugin

b) Pass some open PDF parameter viw URL.
