pdf file with print feature disabled

i've got a pdf file with the print feature disabled.

is there any way to enable this...i want to print it!

That probably doesn't work either (is my experience with a lot of PDFs, most
of the cases, you don't even need a password to let GhostScript choke). You
have two options: the creator is stupid and you own Adobe Acrobat (not the
reader), open the file, save it with security set to "none". Then you can
print.

method one did not work.

but two - did work. looks like i'll have to fork over $30!

But this program don't work on EBX protected files. Does anyone work?
And to copy/paste??
