AFAIR Adobe enabled this feature with Acrobat Professional 9.
Disappearing Forms Yesterday I became so frustrated with Access 2007 that I converted the
database I'm designing into 2002 -03 and began to work. I was
modifying one of my 4 forms (sf_Items) when I decided to view it. I
clicked View, but nothing came up. I clicked again. I clicked
again. Nothing. So I closed it and opened the main form and clicked
on the button to open a form on which sf_Items is located. The error
message said it couldn't find ' '. I closed and tried to open
f_Safety and sf_Items. Neither would open in Open or Design mode. I
gave up for the day.
Today, VOILA! both forms were there and worked just fine . . . for a
while. Then, after an hour or so, they disappeared again. I created
a blank database and imported all my objects, including the two forms
that I could retrieve from earlier versions.
At this very moment, it's stable, but I'm wondering if there's some
underlying corruption. I've compacted and repaired and, as I said, I
created new and imported. Is there anything else I can do to
permanently fix my problem?

Forms #6 Hello,
Im doing a inform in access, so the tables is like this:
In my mailing I list Name, Adress, Phone of a city which I choose, and I
want to add a list of all works because the user can select the actual work.
How can I do it in Access? a Union Select?.
My mailing have to pages, when a list I see page 1 of 123 so I always
want to see 1 of 2, and 2 of 2. And the last is the header I only want
to see the header In the first of two pages.

forms #3 In my current form I have a question that says "check all that apply." The
list has a number of items and a "none." What do I have ot do to prevent the
data entry person from checking both none and 1 or more items on the list?
I also would like to create a combo box for a documented date and for
estimated date. If the estimated date is chosen I need 2 date text boxes to
appear. One stating "from" and date and the other stating "to" and date. Can
nayone help me create this in my form?

Forms and SQL I am trying to write the value of an sql statement into a text box.
When the code below runs the statement itself is put into the textbox,
i guess this is because of the quotes, but if i remove them i get an
strWhere = "SELECT COUNT(*) FROM [Waiting List]"
Me.TextField = strWhere
How can i store the value of my select statement into a variable then
put that value into a form textbox?

Non *STD forms will not release Last week we had additional disk drives put in our iSeries. No big
deal. Since then whenever we go to print non *STD forms when can not
get them to release they go right back to a hold status. We do not even
get a message to change the forms. So the only way we can get invoices
or checks to print is by changing the form type to *STD. Has anybody
heard of a problem like this?
Check the system reply list - you prob have an error message that
responds with "H". So whenever this error occurs, it putsthe spool
entry on hold. Forms change message?

One possibility is that printer writer was not started with the
default of FORMTYPE(*ALL *INQMSG). You can CHGWTR or ENDWTR and

I wil look at the graphic form, not de code behind.
Never heard of such a browser. Can't be better then VB itselfs.
But ... make a hardcopy of all your forms, then you can look at the
individual forms with Paint :)

What I do is get the form on screen and press "Print Screen" to save it to the clip board. Then I
open Note Pad to view and/or print a paper copy.

automatic graphics in forms I made a simple database of our products. I created a form..."Part
Number", "Description" and a link to the thumbnail of the product.
I would like not to have to click on the link to view the thumbnail. I
would like the thumbnail to show automatically in the form as one
cycles through the part numbers.
new to google groups and
new to MS Access
thanks for any help
If all the fields are bound objects, just use a field with an OLE
Object data type. Then attach the object to the OLE Object field and
put it on the form.

access 97 forms and tables is it possible to have two tables as field source in a form? for
instance i created a query that concatenates the comments fields from
two tables (see below). i can easily create a subform however, the
comments field needs to be updateable. as i am writing this, i think
it may be impossible.
if any one has any suggestions, it will be welcomed.
