PDF995 - can't shake off US Letter sizing
I am trying to produce a 2xA5 booklet from an A5 portrait format Word
document using PDF995
If I set the tray selection to Auto-select, the output comes out as
2xA6 on A5 and not 2xA5 on A4. OK, I can enlarge the result when
printing, but that shouldn't be necessary, and it will be tiresome for
the user of a published document.
If I set the tray selection to, say, Multipurpose tray, the output is
2-up on US Letter, despite setting all the defaults I can see to A4 in
the ppd file.
And, if I try to print an existing PDF fro Adobe Reader to convert it
to 2-up format, it just seems to reproduce the original PDF.
Any ideas?

Not many. I've also encountered that what you set in Word's own dialogue
(in contrast to the printer driver's) is usually not reflected in any
resulting PS file.
The Word-MVPs have gathered some articles on booklets, but I'm not sure
they help you a lot here:

Thanks, Robert, I'll follow the link you left and see what it offers.
