Set PrimoPDF on Windows to DEFAULT to PRINT resolution

How can we set PrimoPDF to default to "FOR PRINT" output settings?

When I print anything to PrimoPDF, the "Output Setting" selection is always
set by default to "For screen" and not "For print".

I can't imagine why anyone would want lower (ie 72 dpi) resolution when
they can have higher (ie 300 dpi) resolution for their PDF ... so I always
select the "For print" PrimoPDF "Output Setting".

I do understand that PrimoPDF is freeware (ie you get what you pay for) and
therefore is of limited functionality ... but I wonder why the default
setting is just plain wrong for most of us in the first place.

Therefore, I ask ...

Do you know how we can we modify PrimoPDF to default to "For Print" output
settings?
