Zeon DocuCom Problem
Please help! I have installed the Zeon DocuCom PDF Driver on a Citrix
Server which runs VB6 applications. If I login via Citrix as a local
admin and print and I get no problems, but if I login via Citrix as a
regular user, I get an error printing the downline document on DOCUCOM
message for every document I print, even though the PDF is created.
This is causing the printer queue to fill up with error messages and
will eventually freeze printing.
I have posted this question on the Zeon forum but nobody seems
interested in replying.
Any help would be great.

Perhaps the regular user has no access to some files Docucom is
accessing. Check the file access rights. Otherwise contact Zeon.
