How do I alter/change the frame body size in Beamer.
Howdy,
I'm in the process of creating a template for work with my own custom
theme. One problem I've run into is that the header image used at work
is a little large (tall), so it is colliding with the content of the
slide. Now there isn't really much I can do about the height of the
image. So what I need to do is resize the body of the frame (I'm not
sure if that is the correct terminology. I've looked through the
manual, and it's not really jumping out at me. Can someone tell me how
to alter the dimensions of the area that contains the slide content?
Thanks
John

I'm not sure I understand this. Can you not use
\includegraphics[height=xxx]{filename}
(where xxx is a suitable dimension)?

If you do that, you risk it not fitting onto a screen.

Indeed I could do this, then the figure wouldn't go to the edge of the
page. This would result in something visually unappealing.
To better explaine. Let the default height of everything above the
body in the beamer slide be 'x' and the height of the body be 'y'.
Such that the total height of the page is 'x+y'. I need to make the
title, subtitle, etc. a little larger '1.1x' and I need to shrink the
body down to 'y-0.1x'. I'm not sure where to do that.
Does that make more sense?

This may be true, and a risk I am willing to take ;)
