natbib and hyperref -- for faq update
originally, natbib would only work with hyperref through the hypernat
package. i have a vague recollection of reading that the latest
hyperref does away with this restriction, but i seem not to have noted
it down anywhere and i've not find any statement about hyperref in the
natbib docs. (something saying "we used to have this restriction but
no longer" is after all an odd thing to add to docs.)
and now donald arseneau prompted me to update the faq because he's
removed the hyperref restriction on cite.sty
if the natbib situation has also changed, it would be good to do the
two changes together.

Hello Robin,
A quick test with some sample documents suggests things work without
restrictions with the latest versions of the two packages:
natbib.sty 2009/07/16 8.31 (PWD, AO)
hyperref.sty 2009/11/14 v6.79e Hypertext links for LaTeX
