My sun fire v 440 is giving following error can you please suggest me
meaning of this error

This does not seem as an error. Just a cronjob executes for cediag.
cediag is throwin messages to syslog. everything seems fine cause 0
errors found.

last message is related with your ntp configuration. mostly it must
not be a problem or you must check your ntp configuration.
