I want to know if I have free disk space on my system to create a new
1 GB filesystem. Would somebody be able to help me if this is
possible on the current disk.

Ciao.

Can't tell from this output alone, but can guess a few things.

Disks 0 and 1 look to have been mirrored (at least, the parts
of them we can see here). Slice 0 is 4.6GB (/), slice 3 is
1.3GB (/var). I guess slice 1 is swap. Swap is 1.9GB but that
includes most of the system memory, and I don't know how much
you have. Even if we ignore system memory, these add up to
8GB, which is a long way short of the 18GB disks.

Disks 2 and 3 (2.1GB each) are not used by anything you posted
here.

Could do with prtvtoc output from the 4 disks to see how they
are sliced up. If there are slices on them which not used by
filesystems, that's going to be down to you to know if there
are any applications (such as databases) using them or if
they're spare.

Yes, you have got free space.
Your posting formatting is too screwed up to go through
it in detail though.
