error while loading program in dbx on Solaris 10 x86 on amd64

Hi,
I am getting the following error when trying to load binary in dbx


dbx: internal error: dwarf reference attribute out of bounds
dbx: warning: object initialization interrupted - no program loaded

I am using  the opt/SUNWSPRO/dbx  and the program was compiled using

SUNWspro/bin/cc on SunStudio11

Anyone faced similar problem.
