I have Solaris 10 on ix86 and i had to change the Videocard. Using a
Matrox 450 PCI (instead a previous 450 AGP) but now the video mode is
VGA 640x480.

How can i change to 1280x1024 ?

You can re-run, as root, kdmconfig or directly hack your xorg.conf as 
found in /etc/X11
