You didn't identify your network card either.
I don't think anyone can tell you which driver to install or where to
find it without knowing what network card you have!

Have you tried adding the Solaris driver on this page?
http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethernet_nic/netxtreme_server.php
The vendor & device ids seem to match.
From
http://cvs.opensolaris.org/source/xref/onnv/onnv-gate/usr/src/cmd/hwdata/pci.ids
14e4 Broadcom Corporation <- vendor id
....
167e NetXtreme BCM5751F Fast Ethernet PCI Express <- device id
....
and from the broadcom supplied file BRCMbcme.pkg in sol86-10.0.3.zip
devices="pci14e4,1 pci14e4,2 pci14e4,3 pci14e4,5
....
pci14e4,167d *pci14e4,167e* pci14e4,1658 pci14e4,1659
....
This should install the bcme driver.

Relevant information is better placed in the BODY of the message.
