it is possible to disable a cpu from the ok prompt?

Been looking at my boot prompt info and I am trying to figure out if
there's a way to turn off a cpu from the ok prompt or not.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

asr-disable works at the ok prompt on V880 but it will disable the whole
system board.

ok asr-disable (no args) to show components that can be asr'ed
ok asr-disable xxx
ok .asr (verify component xxx is disabled)
ok asr-enable xxx
ok .asr (verify component xxx is enabled)

It will disable whatever you ask it to disable. That can be either the
entire system board (which takes out board, CPU and memory), a single CPU
(which takes out the CPU and it's memory) or just a bank of memory
(requires a fairly recently firmware due to a bug in earlier versions).
