the dell 2850, for example, has a 2-line LCD display and you can
put in your own msg in the BIOS.  what other motherboards support
that?  what LCD would i hook to it?  i'm considering putting it
in my rackmounts at home.  is it proprietary?

yeah, it's gimmicky, but if it's not too much money
it is kind of cool.
