prtdiag & DIMM size question.

I'm comparing a Sun Fire v215 & a Sun Fire v245. The prtdiag on the
v245 looks like it has 2 x 1GB DIMMs, but I didn't think they came
that way from the factory. Doesn't the "Bank Table" show the physical
size of the DIMMS? What does the "Memory Module Groups" show? Because
the v245 shows 4 entries there, which would make sense if they were
512MB DIMMs.

What I have seen is when equipped originally with lowest possible memory 
all DIMS are on CPU0.

But bank I think refers to the memory(chip) banks, not physical banks.

Below is a machine with 16GB, but CPU1 has different memory vendors on CPU1.
