Hi all 

I seem to be having a problem booting up my test Solaris box after a
power outage - The server seems to be 'stuck' in POST

I have tried using the commands 'boot' 'boot -s' 'boot disk' and
'reset' - however, I keep being returned to the following output:

"Boot device: /pci@1f, 0/pci@1, 1/ide@3/disk@, 0:a	File and args:"

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated - Thanks in advance

Check your aliases and check that you actually have an OS on the disk
you are trying to boot from.
otherways you can boot from cdrom
boot cdrom -s
and see if you can access your filesystem on c0t0d0s0 (or the one you
are trying to boot from).
