solaris temperature problem
Hello,
My solaris 280R cannot get started. whenever I try to turn on the
computer, it will warn that the high temperature was detected and then
shut off. what can I do? thanks

Look for hardware fault? Fan?

The fan still runs, it looks fine. not sure what else are missed?

1. Any fan failed?
2. Excessive dust build-up blocking air vents?
3. Temperature sensor failed?
4. Your HVAC or air conditioning system is not working and the room
temperature is too high.
#3 is very rare. #1 and sometimes #2, #4 is more common.

I thought #3 was rare until they started crapping out. It appears that
some of sensors that Sun uses tend to die once they've been baked once -
especially the sensor on the clock board of Exx00 machines.
