I did an luupgrade to the latest release

Now I am reading this document:

It says:

Question 1: What is a "CVE"?

Question 2: Do I need to install patch# 148948-01 before I patch the ABE?

Question 3: I intend to run the ./installpatchset -B solenv2 --s10patchset
