Hy,
I need some response about IPMP for Load balancing !!!
I have 2 quad fast ethernet cards, and i want to make trunk between
interface to increase network bandwith.
First i know Sun trunking software but is too expensive.
When i check the doc of IPMP i show that i have to give 2 ip adress to each
interface one for LAN and the other one for test.
1) do i need too much ip adress for interfaces
Ex: How many ip adresses i need to create one trunk of 4 ports
I want that my users use just one adresse to access my machine, is this
possible with IPMP.
Example:
In the doc i saw that i have to give 2 ip adresses to each interface ( qfe0,
qfe1) , one for lan and the other for test.
If it's right What's happen in case of switch of the interface
do i acces my server with the ip adress adress of qfe0 or qfe1.
