I installed Solaris 10 6/06 on a Sun Blade 100 on a
80GB Seagate 7200.7 disk and it works really well - except
for one annoying thing:
The log file gets filled with:
WARNING: ata_controller - Set features failed
It prints one such message every 1 hour+30 seconds. I *think*
it also coincides with the disk spinning up from "sleep" mode.
Anyway, anyone else seen this and now how to get rid of it?

I haven't seen this yet, but I'd check "man pmconfig" for
further clues.

I get this with Solaris 10 on an Ultra 10 that I installed
an HP branded DVD-burner to, but only once on bootup; I don't
get it after that. Doesn't seem to affect anything. The
burner works fine. Can't give you any hints on how to get
rid of it, sorry.
