Solaris 6/06 - installed today a bunch of 67 patches. Machine is booting
fine, zones already created can boot but installation of new zones is
failing with
*** package <SUNWcsr> failed to install - interrupted:
pkgadd: ERROR: duplicate pathname <i.preserve>
pkgadd: ERROR: duplicate pathname <i.rbac>
pkgadd: ERROR: duplicate pathname <i.voldconf>
pkgadd: ERROR: unable to process pkgmap
Installation of <SUNWcsr> on zone <icht> failed (internal error).
No changes were made to the system.

Any idea what patch may have caused this?

Did you remove patch 118833-17 from the system? If so, then this
sounds like CR 6445261.
