Vendor will assign a maximum of 2 consultants to this project.  The consultant(s) will have extensive experience in DSM (MUMPS), modifying large MUMPS-based Systems, project life cycle, Microsoft Office suite of tools, project documentation, and project management.



The primary role of the consultant(s) will be to work with the NJ LIS Account Manager as part of a team to complete a queue of requests for service (RFSs).



Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the consultant(s), on this project, will be as follows:

�	Provide weekly updates to the NJ LIS Account Manager regarding status on current and planned activities.

�	Assist in determining the requirements of the RFS queue.

�	Develop any necessary design specifications for required RFS.

�	Create new or modify existing MUMPS routines within the NJ LIS.

�	Review design specifications.

�	Provide documentation as required.

�	Participate in implementing the changes / address post-live issues.



�	This activity will be performed within the NJ LIS and will require the consultant(s) to be on location, either in Dallas, Texas or Teterboro, New Jersey.  Occasional travel between these two locations may be required
