Skills:       Deploy, move, and collect technology equipment.
              Image laptops and desktops using Symantec Ghost.
              Assist in the maintenance of hardware and software
              inventories, using standard asset management systems and
              procedures.
              Demonstrate initiative and maintain a high degree of
              professional conduct at all times.
              Provide excellent customer service to all customers in all
              situations.
              Provide cross team support for all job responsibilities.
              Receive, log, respond to and solve customer problems or
              requests and  make sure completion of proper documentation.
              Develop and maintain proficiency in standard incident
              tracking system.
              Ensure that incident tracking tickets are kept updated with
              current status.
              Escalate when appropriate to ensure problems or requests are
              communicated effectively and receive proper management
              attention.
              Assist with monitoring and tracking of incidents to ensure
              that resolution occurs within the customer�s scope of
              services.
              Develop and maintain an understanding of customer�s scope of
              services.
